Aftermath (noun) : something that results or follows from an event, especially one of a disastrous or unfortunate nature; consequence: the aftermath of war; the aftermath of the flood

‘The Aftermaths’ is a series of portraits of friends following a night of partying, capturing a sense of purity that is revealed through their exhaustion. Not showing the club experience but instead the quiet moment which follows. The series explores the ways sociological and cultural phenomena shape us. With a focus on identity and the connectedness between people, the work questions ideas of human diversity, emphasising our similarities and our differences.
